I've been looking for an interview, maybe a series of interviews, about the influence of our fathers on first responders and those who support first responders. While searching for this I came across Tzvi Levin, a Federal Law Enforcement Chaplain in Chicago, who spoke beautifully about the impact his father had on him as a Jewish Navy Chaplain during the Vietnam era.
Listen closely as Tzvi talks about what it was like as the son of a Rabbi in the South and notice the connections between his father's service and Tzvi's own life of service as he talks to me about his time volunteering with the Feds. And don't miss what Tzvi and I talk about as a central component of being a chaplain, the opportunity to help bring someone closer to their faith.
