Matt Landfair is a cop from a small department in Utah who didn't have the all the training opportunities and networking opportunities available in a larger agency. So he deliberately created his own network. After Matt's name kept popping up on my radar, I just had to ask: How is it that you know everybody and how have you managed to stay in the loop on all the latest trends in law enforcement training? Matt's got a lot of wisdom to share with you, especially if you feel like you're out on an island by yourself.
